Phase 2

(First, a recap and the results of Phase 1)

I wish that all of you could have personally witnessed the absolute delight on the faces of the Siquijor Provincial Hospital personnel during the presentation of the medical supplies this past January 24, 2005.

For those of you that donated to the medical campaign, MySiquijor.com, the entire Provincial Hospital staff, and the people of Siquijor thank you. You (the Phase 1 donors) and MySiquijor.com have had a positive impact on the future medical capabilities of the province of Siquijor.

It is certainly no secret that some of you were hesitant to donate due to past personal experiences or stories that you had been told regarding the misappropriation of funds involved in similar fundraisers. I am praying that after you view all of the documentation involving Phase 1 of the Medical campaign you will no longer be skeptical. If there is any amount of distrust remaining after viewing the supporting documents and pictures surrounding this event, please contact me personally and I will attempt to answer any of your questions.

Phase 2

(03/18/05 - 08/14/05)

Phase two will begin immediately (March 18, 2005) and run until August 15, 2005. It will basically be conducted as Phase 1 with a couple of exceptions. For this phase I have a detailed list of priority items that are needed by the hospital. Also I will accept donations via checks and PayPal.

MySiquijor.com's statistics show that there has been in excess of 608,000 visits during our 3 years on the internet. The MySiquijor.com visitors have come from over 86 different countries.

The average price of the 36 surgical instruments is approximately $30.00 each. If only 36 people donate that amount it will be enough to buy the surgical instruments. Factoring in the "Hyfrecator 2000"

the average price is approximately $53.00. I will personally pay most of the shipping costs to Siquijor which should be approximately $150.00 plus.

"You" and MySiquijor.com can have a positive impact on the future medical capabilities of the province of Siquijor. We have demonstrated that we can do it...let's do it again.
