To use our services, you MUST agree to the following:

I have read the MySiquijor.com Free Classified Advertisements User agreement, accept all of its terms and conditions and specifically acknowledge and accept the following:

You must be legally considered to be an adult to sell, trade, buy, and submit a classified advertisement. I certify that I am an adult and can enter into this agreement.

All submissions are subject to verification by MySiquijor.com. You must provide us with an email address. If we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us your submitted information will be deleted.

All Classified Ads are subject to editing. Please check your spelling prior to submitting your information. You must include adequate contact information for interested visitors.

MySiquijor.com reserves the right to deny any submissions that we consider to be inappropriate.

MySiquijor.com does not guarantee, warrant, or imply in any manner that any data submitted will be displayed or the term or duration that any material may be displayed.

Only Ads submitted in the English language will be considered.

Out of common courtesy and as a benefit to yourself, it is best that once an item posted has been sold, you must contact us immediately so that the ad can be removed.

You are solely responsible for the information that you provide. All submissions must follow these guidelines:

(a) shall not be false, inaccurate or misleading.

(b) shall not be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit, stolen items, obscene or otherwise illegal goods.

(c) shall not infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy.

(d) shall not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including without limitation those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising)

(e) shall not be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing.

If you breach this Agreement

Without limiting other remedies, we will indefinitely terminate your ability to access this website and make public your name, contact information, and reason why you have been banned.

If you don't like these rules, please don't post.
