Land Wanted:
I am wanting to buy land located between Larena and Siquijor town. The land needs to be close to (but not necessarily on) the beach. The property must be accessible to the main road, and have water, electricity, and telephone connections available.
The preferred size of the land is 250 - 500 square meters. However, I am willing to consider other lot sizes depending on the exact location and options.
The land must have a clear title at time of sale. I would prefer to deal directly with the owner of the land and not with real estate agents or "go-betweens".
I am very flexible and easy to deal with. I am willing to consider any proposals and options.
