This private beach house offers luxury with spectacular views. It is great for family bonding or secluded-private time for couples. It is fully furnished with a complete kitchen, two air-conditioned bedrooms, cable TV/music system, and many more amenities too numerous to mention.

A caretaker is on the property to provide proper maintenance of the grounds. Maid and laundry service is available for an additional 500 pesos per day.

It is conveniently located and within walking distance to resorts and restaurants.

Maximum occupancy is 4 people.

Pick-up service from the piers or airport can be arranged.

The weekly rate is 15,000 pesos and the monthly rate is 40,000 pesos; cash in advance only.

You can fly from Manila or Cebu to Dumaguete and then take a ferry across to Siquijor.
